If an attorney from one state wishes to represent a client on a matter usually a litigation matter in another State or Court where he is not licensed, he must apply with the court controlling the litigation to be admitted for work on that matter only. This is called a Pro Hac Vice admission. This document contains the form and all necessary materials for an attorney to apply for admission Pro Hac Vice.
